Pack a picnic and come and enjoy all the fun of the races as Hawke's Bay Racing hosts the Lowland Stakes Raceday.

Relax with music and free entertainment for everyone. Children’s entertainment includes; bouncy castle, and face painting. There will be egg'n'spoon and sack races, colouring competitions with prizes for the best and a free sausage sizzle (thanks to More FM). 

We even have mini marquees available providing you with gate admission, prime trackside location, race books and pens, private tote facilities and a delicious picnic hamper lunch; all for the price of only $600 for ten guests. 

We have hospitality options for the larger groups or corporate functions for entertaining clients, customers and employees.

You are welcome to pack your own picnic (with a bottle of wine) - there will be plenty of lawn along the home straight reserved for picnicing families.

 Limited volumes of alcohol permitted.
